Production speed: 220 sheets/min, max. sheet guide X/Y: 1200mm/2750mm, max. printing area X/Y: 1170mm/2700mm, min. sheet dimensions X/Y: 320mm/600mm, total system weight: approx. 42t. 1) Belt feeder with vacuum, dust separator, speed indicator and alignment device. 2) Top-side flexo printing with draw roller transfer, ink stop sensors and automatic cleaning. 3) Creasing and slitting unit with trimming and glue flap knife, slitting knife thickness: 8mm. 4) Rotary punch with polyurethane anvil and soft punching system, punching dimensions: +/-25mm. 5) Downward folding and gluing unit based on VALCO VC 350 AG system. 6) Top stacker with bundle retention system for bundle ejection. 7) Central control system ACCS-2000 with an order storage capacity of 100,000. The entire system has a remote control system for the flexo units, folding and gluing unit and bundle ejector. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
