A package of six injection moulds for the series production of office organization products is available. The molds can be used to manufacture nestable filing trays, PET filing trays A4-C4, high-gloss and matte PS filing trays, a frame for a 3-tier filing tray unit, and a PET desk organizer. Materials processed: PET, recycled PET and PS. Mold numbers: W23630, W23635, W61014F2, W61015F5, W61019 and W62539. Mold dimensions depending on the mold: 397-570mm × 396-820mm × 369-637mm. Mold weights where documented: 450-1450kg. Average cycle times: 24.4-43.2s. Machine classes previously used where documented: 250t, 275t and 380t. According to the available documentation, the molds are in good condition. W61019 is used exclusively to manufacture the frame for the 3-tier filing tray unit. The molds are sold as a complete package. An on-site inspection of the molds is possible by arrangement.
