It consists of a waste water collection station, a batch treatment, a chemical dosing station, a sludge treatment, a post-filtration/pH final control and an exhaust air scrubber. The system treats rinsing water, acidic and alkaline concentrates as well as waste water from the resist developer, resist stripper and solder resist developer areas. The system does not treat solvents, paints, hydraulic oils, spent etchings (ammoniacal/acidic), waste water containing chlorite or EDTA-based chemical copper. Documentation is available.
